Say It Right 02:48
Looking for the silver line in between the black and white looking for a reason why I should leave it undefined I'm never one to be naive But if you say it right, say it right, say it right then I'll believe Doesn't even make much sense as I sit here on the fence One leg out, one leg in and it all depends on if you give live you receive and you say it right, say it right, say it right so I believe We stare a little while at the shadows on the wall there's a shadow in your eye and a shadow in your soul we shine a little light and we feel a little brave and we feel a little high and we feel a little saved Every minute of the clock reminds every bit of me that feels inclined I hear the shaking of the trees outside against the power lines I hear the falling of the leaves and if I say it right, say it right, say it right will you believe cause when you say it right, say it right, say it right I believe Looking for the silver line in between the black and white looking for a reason why

Little Heart 02:37
First grade, little one, little one I made my days into a mission I had it all laid out right in front of me and I always stayed in line I had a fire and a spark in my little heart, little heart, little heart in my little heart, little heart, little heart Teenage, and a chorus of emotions At that age, aren't we all, aren't all rearranged Inside out and outside in and crossing over lines I had a fire and a spark in my little heart, little heart, little heart in my little heart, little heart, little heart in the dark, in the dark, in the dark in my little heart, little heart, little heart We move out, we move on, we move up and the time and the time and the time goes by so fast Don't want to lose it, the fire and the spark in my little heart, little heart, little heart

Universe 03:55
Old friend do you remember when we were living in a different day? Late nights and we'd laugh until we cried and it carried all our troubles away When planets align, decided by fate a universe on the run Electrical light and radio waves I think we shifted the sun Hard heads but my momma always said we could reach and find a handful of stars Long while and I really miss your smile, how it told me anything could be ours When planets align, decided by fate a universe on the run Electrical light and radio waves I think we shifted the sun The solar system in a daze It feels like light years away here in the milky way Old friend, do we break or do we bend when we're living in a different place Transcend where the galaxy begins, give infinity a warm embrace When planets align, decided by fate a universe on the run Electrical light and radio waves I think we shifted the sun

Hideout 03:25
Looking for an open door something they will just ignore something they would just pass by They will never find your hideout, hideout Looking for a way inside the walls of the great divide You can't take it anymore the battle that became a war Build up around you and don't let them in You know if they found you they'd see from within and the wall's wearing thin so you don't let them in When you think nobody is looking for you you come out running from your hideout When you think nobody would follow you through they come down running to your hideout, hideout All the weight you're under it's no wonder Just take my hand You sit, I'll stand Let me in It's not like a tower you have to defend If the wall's wearing thin then we're breaking them in When you think nobody is looking for you you come out running from your hideout When you think nobody would follow you through they come down running to your hideout, hideout Let this city crumble Give it to the sky We take it as it comes

Cathedral 03:24
I know its not the status quo We left it open wide I know With too much room to walk around I'm standing still I'm leaving this unwritten I am leaving this untouched But if I leave it all behind me I won't be saving much Calling down from this cathedral somehow I woke up in Let me out, I am defeated I surrender and you win I will contain my disarray Send it back from where it came I've said too much and I'm ashamed But it's too late I'm leaving this unwritten I am leaving this untouched But if I leave it all behind me I won't be saving much Calling down from this cathedral somehow I woke up in Let me out, I am defeated I surrender and you win I've got the light if you've got the tunnel So swing with your right and hold on with the other The end is in sight, the beginning is something to see with your eyes open wide and uncovered I'm waiting here for you I'm leaving this unwritten I am leaving this untouched But if I leave it all behind me I won't be saving much Calling down from this cathedral somehow I woke up in Let me out, I am defeated I surrender and you win

Been awake all night, I'm a walking light I'm a walking light, I'm a bitter bite Been a ghost before, been a losing war Been a losing war, been the underscore In the blink of an eye on the brink of the iris I see the waiting line, the waiting line I'm not gonna lie I can't make a promise that I won't take what's mine, take what's mine An overestimation of the underlying sign I'm gonna ask for tomorrow tonight Got a foolproof plan, got it secondhand Gotta take command, I got a great plan Got a lion's mouth, with a bluebird shout Could you let me out? could you let me out? In the blink of an eye on the brink of the iris I see the waiting line, the waiting line I'm not gonna lie I can't make a promise that I won't take what's mine, take what's mine An overestimation of the underlying sign I'm gonna ask for tomorrow tonight

about

Silver Line is a sparsely produced collection of songs in their pure and simple form, chronicling friendships, childhood, life experiences and the choices we make that define us. And it's topped off with a little bit of hope -- the silver lining that can be seen at the edge of every obstacle life sets down in front of us.
